01. What are the reception hours?

Our young and energetic team of staff are on hand from 8.00am till 9.30pm daily.

02. Can I organise a late check-in?

Of course, no problem, just let us know when booking.

03. Is breakfast included?

It sure is.

04. Where is breakfast?

When the weather’s good it’s on our rooftop terrace overlooking Via Nazionale. When it’s not, we’ll serve it directly to your room.

05. What’s for breakfast?

A rich continental buffet breakfast including home made pastries, cereal, yoghurt, cold meats, eggs, fruit and juices, all served by the delightful Sabrina.

06. Is there wi-fi?

Of course, the whole property is covered by wi-fi in with the room rate.

07. Is the hotel air-conditioned?

Yes it is.

08. What languages do you speak?

Italian, English, German, Spanish, French and Polish.

09. Do you offer a concierge service?

We sure do - just see our staff for restaurant bookings, city tours, excursions, museum entrance, etc.

10. What little extras are on offer?

For a supplemental fee we can leave fresh flowers in your room for you to find on arrival, rose petals over the bed, prosecco and chocolates. We can organise a chauffeur-driven car for your or your own car or scooter hire, private secure parking in the city and laundry service.
