The Deluxe Apartment is located on the first floor of the building and is 80 square metres in size. It has a separate entrance and can accommodate up to six people.

It has a large living area with a kitchen, table, and double sofa bed; a spacious bathroom with shower cubicle, hairdryer and courtesy kit. The sleeping area, on the other hand, consists of two bedrooms: a king-size bed and a bed composed of two single beds or a double bed.

The flat also features air conditioning, an LCD TV with international channels, free high-speed Wi-Fi and tea and coffee making facilities.
